IMPROVESKILL is a company based in Portugal
(Mortágua), specialized in manufacturing TNT Meltblown and
marketing of personal protective medical devices. Our position as
manufacturers allows us to create a perfect symbiosis between the
manufacturing process and the logistic service.
Our philosophy is based on the high quality of our services and products, which are CE certified and CE marked.
Market demands have also led us to select a set of partners who respect our quality standards and allow us to have a wide range of fully certified products for the Health, Industrial and Esthetic Areas.
Our DNA oriented to the creation of solutions has been converted into investment in production units.
Aware of the dependence on geographically distant foreign markets, we have invested in manufacturing units that allow us to assume a relevant and self-sufficient position.
Our main product, TNT PP Meltblown, which we manufacture ourselves in Portugal, achieves optimal filtration and breathability values for the production of masks, both surgical and FFP2/KN95 types, and has a longer durability and storage possibility thanks to the Electret treatment.

Thanks to the quality control system in place, each roll is individually tested, and the test result is fixed on the roll, guaranteeing filtration levels that are always above 98% (BFE) according to EN14683:2019+AC2019-5.2.2. The roll is then vacuum packed to ensure a superior longevity of the product.
